If you find that your baggage has not arrived please contact our Lost and Found Service at the airport. There you will make a Lost baggage report. You should stay in contact with this service until your problem has been resolved.

Damage to your baggage

  • What should I do if my baggage arrived damaged?

If you find that your baggage has been damaged, contact our Lost and Found Service at the airport. You will make a Property irregularity report. On the basis of that report you will refer to our Claims Department to claim for the damages.
