Flights schedule update

Regular operation to and from Northern Italy

Following the communication received from ENAC concerning the opening of the Northern Italian airspace, Kaléydo Airlines informs that from today, April 20, 08.00 o'clock AM, flights are operating regularly, with the exception of flights to/from London, that at the moment remain cancelled.

Kaléydo Airlines will ensure regular service for today on domestic flights, in accordance with the indications received by ENAC.

Kaléydo Airlines recommends all passengers leaving today from/to Northern Italy to reach the airport al least one hour prior to departure for domestic flights and al least 90 minutes prior to departure for international flights.

Passengers holding tickets to/from Northern Italy and Central or Northern Europe should check the status of their flight before leaving for the airport. Information on flights can be found on https://kaleydo-airlines.webnode.com// or by calling your local Kaléydo Airlines Offices.

Kaléydo Airlines reminds that passengers affected by cancellation caused by the volcanic eruption, can reschedule their flights without penalty or Kaléydo Airlines will provide a full ticket refund without penalty for those who are unable to reschedule their flight or to accept alternate flight options. Requests for refund or rebooking must be made by May 31st.
