
Information on suspended fligths
14.04.2010 07:30Flights to and from Northern Italy are suspended until 08.00 am on Tuesday April 20th.
Following the latest statement made by ENAC (The National Civil Aviation Entity) regarding the closure of the airspace in Northern Italy, Kaléydo Airlines informs that flights to/from Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa, Bergamo, Turin, Genoa, Verona, Venice, Florence, Ancona and Bologna are cancelled until 08.00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 20th.
Flights to/from London, Amsterdam, Paris and Brussels are suspended until the reopening of the respective airports.
Passengers holding tickets to/from other destinations in Central or Northern Europe should check the status of their flight before leaving for the airport. Information on flights can be found on https://kaleydo-airlines.webnode.com// or by calling your local Kaléydo Airlines Offices.
Passengers affected by cancellation caused by the volcanic eruption, can reschedule their flights without penalty or Kaléydo Airlines will provide a full ticket refund without penalty for those who are unable to reschedule their flight or to accept alternate flight options. Requests for refund or rebooking must be made by May 31st.
In order to reduce the inconvenience caused to passengers, Kaléydo Airlines has increased its staff in the call center and at the airports.
